Return & Refund Policy

At Elevation Home Furniture, we strive to ensure every customer receives high-quality merchandise and a smooth delivery or pickup experience. Because most items are delivered directly from our warehouse and inspected on the spot, our return policy is structured to protect both the customer and the integrity of the merchandise.

Please review the policy below before completing your purchase.


1. General Return Policy

  • All sales are final. Returns are not accepted.
  • The only exception is verified manufacturing defects reported immediately at the time of delivery or pick-up.
  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will:
    • replace the item, or
    • issue a refund within 15 business days.
  • Delivery fees for returns, re-delivery, or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

2. Reporting Defects

  • Any issues or defects must be reported at the moment of delivery or pickup, while the driver or warehouse associate is still present.
  • Claims submitted after the delivery team leaves or after the customer departs with the merchandise cannot be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for inspecting the item thoroughly during delivery or pickup.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

The following situations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Variations in color, shade, texture, or grain (due to fabric, materials, lighting, or screen differences).
  • Damage occurring after delivery or pickup, including misuse, improper handling, stains, pet damage, or reassembly.
  • Items that do not fit through doorways, hallways, staircases, or elevators.
  • Items that were assembled or modified by the customer.
  • Mattresses or bedding items once opened or used (if applicable).
  • We do not remove or dispose of old furniture or mattresses.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before delivery or pickup. A store credit will be issued, valid for 2 months.
  • Unused store credit expires after 2 months.
  • Orders cancelled less than 24 hours before delivery are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • Special orders and deliveries outside Houston cannot be cancelled or refunded.

5. Warranty

  • All merchandise includes a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty does not cover accidental damage, pet damage, stains, misuse, or customer assembly.
  • For pickup orders, defects must be reported immediately at pickup; later claims cannot be accepted.

6. Delivery-Related Conditions

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access, unsafe conditions, or the customer being unavailable, delivery fees remain non-refundable and a new fee will apply.
  • Customers must ensure items fit through access points and into the intended space. Size-related issues are not grounds for return.
  • We do not leave furniture unattended; a responsible adult must be present.

7. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with Elevation Home Furniture, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.
