1. Terms & Conditions
1.1. Use of Website
This website is provided by Elevation Home Furniture for the purpose of viewing products, placing orders, and obtaining information about our services. By accessing or using this website, you agree to:
- use the website only for lawful purposes;
- not attempt to interfere with the security, performance, or functionality of the site;
- not use any content for unauthorized commercial purposes.
1.2. Product Information & Availability
- We make every effort to display product information, pricing, and availability accurately.
- Colors, textures, and materials may appear differently on screens due to lighting and monitor settings.
- Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders if a product becomes unavailable or is listed with an incorrect price.
1.3. Orders & Payments
- Orders can be placed online or by phone during our business hours.
- All prices are listed before tax. An 8.25% Texas sales tax applies.
- Only one credit/debit card may be used per order.
- Zelle payments are not accepted.
- Orders must be paid in full or with a minimum 60% down payment, with the remaining balance due at delivery.
- Financing options are available through Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay (subject to their approval and terms).

1.4. Cancellations & Returns
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours before delivery or pickup. Store credit will be issued and is valid for 2 months.
- Orders cancelled less than 24 hours before delivery or pickup are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- Special orders and orders outside Houston cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Returns are generally not accepted, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
1.5. Limitation of Liability
- Elevation Home Furniture is not liable for:
- indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
- losses arising from misuse or improper handling of furniture;
- any damage occurring after delivery or pickup.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased items fit through doors, hallways, staircases, elevators, and into the intended space.
1.6. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Elevation Home Furniture or its content providers.
- Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use related to shopping.
1.7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or from purchases made through it shall be resolved under Texas law.
1.8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Warranty Policy
We want you to enjoy your furniture with confidence. Our warranty policy is designed to protect you in the event of manufacturing defects.
2.1. Warranty Coverage
- All merchandise includes a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
- The warranty applies to structural or clear manufacturing issues present at the time of delivery or pickup.
2.2. What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by the customer, including:
- improper use, misuse, or abuse;
- pet damage, stains, burns, or spills;
- improper cleaning or use of harsh chemicals;
- damage from moving or dragging furniture after delivery;
- assembly, disassembly, or modifications performed by the customer.
- Normal wear and tear from everyday use.
- Color, shade, or texture variations not considered manufacturing defects.
2.3. Reporting a Warranty Issue
- For delivery orders, any issues or defects must be reported immediately at the time of delivery, while the driver is still present.
- For pickup orders, defects must be reported immediately at pickup. Later claims cannot be accepted.
- We may request photos or videos to evaluate the issue.
2.4. Resolution
- If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the warranty period, we will:
- replace the item, or
- issue a refund within 15 business days, at our discretion.
- Delivery fees for replacement or return are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise specified.
3. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This section explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

- Billing and shipping address.
- Order details and payment-related information (processed via secure third-party providers).
