Shipping & Delivery
Houston Area Deliveries
- Delivery available daily from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM (Mon–Fri).
- Delivery fee within Houston: $89 (non-refundable).
- If the customer is not present, the driver will wait 15–30 minutes. After that, the delivery will be rescheduled with a new delivery fee.
- The delivery area must be cleared in advance.
- We do not remove or dispose of old furniture or mattresses.
- Carry-in to private homes (1–2 floors) is included.
- For apartments without elevators, add $30 per floor.
- Basic setup is included (unpacking, placing furniture, attaching legs).
- Full assembly is available for $40–$200, depending on complexity.
- We do not leave furniture unattended (doorstep, garage, hallway, etc.).
- Any issues or defects must be reported immediately at delivery.
Delivery Window
Delivery is scheduled within a 2–3 hour delivery window.
Drivers will call or text when they are on the way.
Difficult Access Areas
Restricted or difficult access locations—such as gated communities, narrow staircases, limited parking, or remote entry points—may require additional time or fees.
Fit & Space Requirements
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all purchased items fit through doors, hallways, staircases, elevators, and into the intended space.
If delivery cannot be completed due to size or access limitations, the delivery fee remains non-refundable.
Unsafe Conditions
If the delivery team determines that conditions are unsafe (wet floors, unstable staircases, aggressive pets, etc.), the delivery may be rescheduled. A new delivery fee will apply.
Delivery Outside Houston
For deliveries to other cities or states, please contact us directly for availability and a custom quote.
Pickup Terms
- Pickup from our warehouse is free.
- Customers will be notified by phone, SMS, or email when their order is ready.
- A valid government-issued ID is required.
- If someone else is picking up, their full name must be provided in advance.
- Customers must inspect merchandise at pickup.
- After the customer has inspected and picked up the furniture, Elevation Home Furniture is no longer responsible for the condition of the merchandise and/or its assembly. No returns and/or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances once the merchandise has been picked up.
- In case of bad weather, the customer assumes full responsibility once the order is released.
- Orders may be stored for 3 days free of charge, after which storage fees may apply.
Payment Terms (Short Purchase Terms Related to Delivery)
- Prices are before tax; 8.25% Texas sales tax applies.
- Only one credit/debit card may be used per order.
- Zelle payments are not accepted.
- Orders must be paid in full or with a minimum 60% down payment.
- The remaining balance is due at delivery.
- Financing available through Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay.
ID Verification at Delivery
For high-value orders, the driver may request to verify the name on the order with a matching ID.
